Endeavor working with Skypin, I would abide to the following rules and guidelines as stipulated below:

I would embrace courtesy, self-discipline and professionalism as part of official and legal relation in dealing to service dispensation in my docket and abide by terms as follows; 

I would esteem and cherish Emotional Intelligence (E.Q.) to understand the feelings of others and take credible action(s) especially in dealing to a contradictory situation(s) in regard to other parties concerned, especially in a situation that demands a duty or responsibility. 

In any case I would avoid conflicts and strife and at any time avoid rude talks at all cost in the work relation(s). 

I would at all circumstances recognize Skypin International Limited as a Company limited i regard to liabilities and follow the right procedures and channels to resolve any controversial situation(s) keeping in terms with duties, responsibilities and discipline that would be governing me at my position. 

I would abide to respect authorities at all positions as duly owed at all times.  

In regard to property rights; I consent that any item(s) assigned to me for use on my discretion are bound to property rights and in any case I would be held accountable to the party issuing it. I have the responsibility to surrender back whatever item issued to me, in case I am no longer needing it or not utilizing it , the company has its mandate to demand back what belongs to it with valid reasons. 

I am aware that Skypin International Limited is in contract with Credit Rating Bureau (C.R.B.) and it has its rights to recover back any cash or cash in kind dispensed to me as part of task or job performance which goes void, unfulfilled or unwell performed and in that case having been rejected by its buyer. The proceeds would be as follows: 

In any case that cash was dispensed immediately after work submission; then later a cancellation occurred: 

        a.) The order delivery contract would be regarded as void and non-existent and the cash or cash in kind paid in that regard termed as a loan payable back to the company. 

        b.) The amount of cash in that case would be bound to deduction(s) or refunded back as cash as may be directed by the liable party. It is upon the liable party to decide and direct the company how and when the amount would be payable. 

        c.) In case of deduction(s) from any current order payment(s) tackled by the liable party; any amount payable in that case would be held as a cover to the due thereof.

        If in case a due goes unrecovered to second (2nd) month; the amount in arrears would attract an interest rate of 30% in that month.

         If any amount goes unrecovered to third (3rd) month the amount due would attract an interest rate of 50% alongside warnings that the amount exceeding that month would be acted upon by C.R.B. to recover back the amount with the interest attached.

Finally;

Skypin jobs are quality and time bound and I agree I have the consent of the adverse consequences acting in the contrary. 

In case of any other liability; the party involved would be fully liable to the extent participated .
